"This was a fun and great experience! The hotel is currently undergoing some changes so it wasn't open we had to call someone to let us onto the property and check us in. Which only added to the experience. The room was old but just what we needed for our short stay. No hauntings but we'll be back soon so maybe they'll say hello next time!"

The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. "Location was great. Clean inside rooms and property. Pool was a definite WIN!! The front desk staff (minus 1 young lady on Friday night) was AWESOME!! The gentleman was SUPER helpful & friendly. Went above and beyond for sure!! And then…there was FIGHT:/ around 2am night 1 there was loud and obnoxious guests returning to their rooms. Very loudly. And night 3 of Sunday another round of obnoxious loud people. Glass breaking and eventually the police arriving. I didn’t get a good nights sleep 2...

"Although the hotel was nice, I think the hotel should be transparent about charging for parking. The hotel charges $30 per night for parking. However, there is free public parking connected to the hotel. Also on the last night of our stay, we had neighbors that were very loud, they were sitting outside playing loud music, talking loud, practically having a party. I enjoy a good time like the next person, but this went on until about 2 a.m. The guests were so drunk that they even tried to enter...

"7AM Breakfast had no coffee for over 30 minutes, coffee at my 5AM airport departure was stale and horrible. Great hotel for non-coffee drinkers."

"The property is located just two blocks from the Old Town Historic Park and restaurants. A great location. The room was clean a bit small but nonetheless cozy. The coffee was great. One complain we do have is that there were no Spanish speaking channels available on the nice big tv they had in the room. We were excited to watch the Mexico vs Australia game Saturday night, but we were not able to find any local Spanish channels."

"Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and while the parking is extra there was plenty of room to park as close as you needed to. The property looks a little older on the outside but the rooms are nice and modern. We loved our stay. Very quiet and clean. The staff were above and beyond helpful."
