"Very clean room. Small like many Tokyo rooms, but it was comfortable. The breakfast spread was acceptable, and the ramen dishes available were very good. There is only one washer and dryer for laundry, so that might be a problem for some. "

We wanted our luggage transferred to our next hotel and the staff directed us to the Family Mart accross the street. However, the transfer form was in Japanese so the staff filled it out for us. Great service! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "
