"Room was not in a great condition, decor was tired and grubby. Outside was unkempt and unloved. Facilities were OK, but as we were not spending a lot of time here it didn't bother us."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Staff was great and room was spacious by London standards What makes it great though is the location. Convenient and walkable to so many sites!"

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit. Check in was poor as they migrated to a new system. We waited 15 mins as the first in the queue with no offer of a complimentary drink. The rooms need kettles.
