"Room was not in a great condition, decor was tired and grubby. Outside was unkempt and unloved. Facilities were OK, but as we were not spending a lot of time here it didn't bother us."

"The hotel is really lovely. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I loved the Masala chai, the dosas and the buffet. All the staff (checkin/restaurant, housekeeping, concierge) are all pleasant, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my stay. "Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"Terrible experience! Our room had no elevator access and it was a maze with no signage to help finding it. No fridge, no phone in the room. We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. AVOID!!!!"
