I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

"Just ok, needs some updates in the room with plumbing and bed linens, lumpy pillows and fitted sheets and mattress pad didn’t fit the mattress so always coming off. Bathroom had leaks from the shower so the floor was always flooded and the tub drain was gurgling loudly the entire stay. Good location but for the price I’d opt for more central next time"

"I love this hotel! Friendly, welcoming staff and clean rooms that are quite large by London standards. It’s steps away from Victoria station and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel."
