"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"I didn’t like having to walk up stairs to get to the pool and another set of stairs to get to the hot tub. The toilet paper holder was broken and so the toilet paper kept falling on the floor which was not sanitary. The toilet itself was too low and it was difficult getting up and down. The same with the sofa - too low, not comfortable and the material was rough and the pull out mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay and would not stay there again!"

"The information regarding the distance to nearby locations. For example update the walk distance to Queen Victoria Park. it is around one hour walk (seniors pace)."

"Most difficult review for me. The host, Dave, was the most gracious host we've ever encountered in our travels. There is no close 2nd by an extremely long shot. The balcony experience was great for afternoons and evenings. The location was also great for getting to all attractions. Now the not so great. The AC stopped cooling the room the 1st night but the fan made it fairly bearable for the last night. The shower curtain was not clean enough at the bottom. The phone in the room did not work....

"This was a great hotel for families. The furniture was sturdy and easy to clean and the view was stunning. The kids loved being able to see the falls and the nightly fireworks. The pool was a great amenity, however it was rather dark since the windows were covered. One downside was all the extra fees and breakfast not included. But the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms well stocked with pillows, soaps and towels."
