"Clean room but the bathroom is an over the bath which I found prone to accidents. Bath tub is too high and the shower glass wall is too short that water gets on the floor causes a bit of water flooding which is an issue for health and safety. "

I don’t mind older rooms as long as they’re clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the air‑con vent cover and bathroom fan cover were very clean — many hotels overlook those areas. The only downside was the bathroom sink. There is visible mould along the top seal, noticeable in the mirror reflection, which made us uncomfortable using it. The toilet is also quite old and the flushing is not very strong."

"Staff were polite. The location is convenient for accessing the railroad station to other parts of China. Close to the Hong Kong border crossing. Central to all other attractions around Shenzhen. Very comfortable & quiet oasis away from the hustle in the area. "

"Nice hotel and room. Disappointing that the pool, which is such a strong feature of this hotel was closed. Reception staff were quite aloof and not very welcoming. Not a big deal but just saying it as we found, great location for public transport, bus stop right outside."
