"Rooms are very small. The ventilation is so bad that after a shower, the moisture never left the room and got the floor all wet in the whole room. The AC was so loud and never stopped buzzing, which kept us up all night when really needed a good sleep before getting on a long flight the next morning. The beddings smelled very bad of dampness. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"I love this area as it is the central of the place that have restauarnts, basketball court, shopping mall and even spa massage. Super convenience. The only thing I don't like is shower tub is bit old and takes a quite long time to find staffs."

"Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future. "

Friendly staffs everywhere, hotel room with air purifier, convenient shuttle buses to subway station, I only give 4 stars as the shower drainage was so slow, every shower like standing in the pond. When they eventually determined it couldn't be fixed, we were offered a room switch & they helped us move our luggages as well.
