"Fast easy check in when I got to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had trouble finding the pick-up location. Pick-up is at terminal two lower-level doors 11 and 12. Signage at the airport is very poor. No fault of the hotel. It would be helpful if they gave clear instructions on where the pick-up location was on their website. Rooms are small but acceptable for a one- or two-night stay if flying in or out of Hong Kong as the price was very good. Breakfast was included and was good...

"I was incorrectly charged for an international phone call I did not make! The staff refused to let me leave and were extremely unhelpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and they said they wanted £300 for a wheelchair. We then asked for help with our bags due to my surgery and they said they didn’t have anyone to help until 7pm… it was 4pm. Just extremely unhelpful, I have complained to the hotel asking for a refund for the call and they are yet to respond."

"I had to change room because the wall between rooms is not sound proof. At around 3:30 am to 4:00 am. The room either above me or next to me was taking a shower or using their bathroom, and the draining water sound abruptly woke me up, I THOUGHT THE WATER WAS DRAINING DOWN ON ME !!!"

"The hotel is only about 25 minutes drive from the airport. It’s located next to a sandy beach and a private yacht club. It’s a little bit remote but taxi is quite cheap, so travelling to central Hong Kong is not a problem. The seaview room is spacious and has a nice view of the yacht club, sea front, swimming pool and garden. The fitting and fixtures are a bit dated. The cleaning is ok but can be better - the interior of the cupboards and wardrobe is very dusty and seems to be never cleaned....
