"Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future. "

"The hotel was exactly what you see in the pictures. Keep in mind you can’t compare pears with apples, therefore, avoid paying attention to reviews complaining about appearance. Anyway, they provide shuttle services to the mall, where you can catch the MTR, it has a pool, room service, and if like me, I needed a place to sleep as I loved leaving all day to explore the city."

"Staff here are all super helpful and communicating was super easy via WhatsApp. We had an AC issue with our room and they sent the engineer to fix it multiple times during our stay (even in the late night hours). When they eventually determined it couldn't be fixed, we were offered a room switch & they helped us move our luggages as well. "Big thank you to Katherine for my and my wife's anniversary surprise. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Room is clean and well maintained. Good facilities, lovely breakfast spread. Hotel does not provide it's own airport shuttle but guests can use the service provided by Novotel nearby. If one is checking out early to catch a flight, it could be a struggle to get to Novotel as the escalators at Citygate Mall do not operate until 8am in the morning and the elevators are not easy to find!
