"What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

"The room was musty smelling. The light coming into the room in the foyer area had green algae looking film in it. The bathroom floors and bathtub were dirty. The lampshades had black spots on the shades. The smoke detector was missing. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in and the air conditioner has black mold on the vents blowing the air out into the room. "We checked in on July 29th and were warmly welcomed by Jessica, the office manager. She was wonderful — friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. Even though the 2‑double‑beds room with a sofa bed we booked through Expedia was sold out (not OK) she quickly found us a king suite and handled the situation with professionalism. She truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay did not reflect the Hyatt standard. Our room had no hand soap, and the sheets in the sofa pullout were...
