"Convenient location, easy parking, very good value for money. The building itself is starting to show its age. The main lobby and entrance are well-kept, but the architecture is from the era when room corridors were only 7-8 foot ceilings, not the high ceilings that are more common now. The room was spacious and clean. The door and bathroom were a bit older in style and decor, but not a problem. Was nice to have a functioning balcony. Air conditioner was an older model - effective, but...

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel and find the staff very kind and helpful. But I do have one issue and that is with the pillows. It would be very helpful to have two styles on each bed - a thick pillow and a thin pillow. Having a proper, thinner pillow would have been appreciated."

"Nice hotel in a good location, however our room was very noisy. We had a room on the 3rd floor which also had the fitness suite so early morning had noise from people using the suite as well as housekeeping who seemed to start excessively early. Add to that the road and external noise and sleeping in was out of the question. Housekeeping refilled the coffee pods but no refills for the tea bags (were they not informed that us Brits like our tea 🤔?). Location was ideal for eating out and for bars...
