"Everything else was great, but the room service let the stay down. We ordered food using the QR code on the screen because we were having an early night before an early flight. After about an hour and a half, we called to ask where our food was, only to be told that the QR code wasn’t working. We then placed the order over the phone. Unfortunately, the portions weren’t worth the price or the wait. Next time, we’ll order through Uber Eats or another service instead."

"Hotel yang bersih, layanan check in cepat, resepsionis sangat informatif, lokasi dekat bandara, nyaman, makanan enak, namun ruangan kamar lumayan sempit"

"The entire hotel was decorated for Halloween which in the bedroom we personally found a cause of anxiety as like sleeping in a nightmare setting of a murder scene. We totally understand the Halloween theme in the bar area but it’s way too much in the bedrooms as meant to be your own relaxing personal space!"

"Sara was a wonderful host, great English breakfast every morning and beautiful country views!"

"Such a comfortable bed, great shower, good food and organised"

"I’ve been here once before and had a delightful experience with a woman who greeted us warmly at the door. The lobby was being renovated and she must have been invited in as a temporary hostess. We were served delicious pastries by a chef in the makeshift lobby. On this latest visit the staff was disinterested, not helpful, annoying. I would not go back. That’s a personal story and not a reflection on the hotel which is pretty standard and fine for an overnight. My expectations were thrown off."

"very accesible from the airport. No noise from the airplanes and was able to sleep comfortable"

"A great find. Quirky in places, but the room was filled to the brim with amenities. Even a little outside terrace which was handy in the sunny weather. Breakfast was lovely, along with the friendly character serving it. Well placed for the Elizabeth line and easy to find off the motorway as well."

"I booked the room for a guest we had visiting the U.K.. I rang the hotel and left my card to pay for the early check in etc and sent an additional email confirming I was paying for additional charges and still my guest was charged. I won’t use this hotel again for visiting guests."

"They promote as hotel but is an apartment with share common areas! They ask for extra money as deposit. Nobody at location (all by whatsapp)."

"Was clean and very very handy for T5. Price was good too."

"First, the good: the staff was extremely helpful. Due to some internet issues and a delayed flight, completing the booking proved extremely difficult, but the staff was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. Another plus is its proximity to Heathrow, I was able to get there in a few short minutes. Now, the not-so-good: the room did not look as advertised. It was sorely in need of updating. The bed was comfortable enough and warm but small. While I appreciated the private bathroom,...

"No concierge to help with baggage, just arrived from a 13 hour flight with 4 bags, no one to assist in with baggage from taxi or to the room, I am 75 years old and just recovering from surgery, not what I expected. Water pressure in the bathroom very week, Hotel just refurbished, noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was old with the silver backing showing through on corners. Shower hand set clamped to the riser pipe making it difficult to use. No fridge in room, needed this for...

"Nothing stood out as good. I was initially in room 3. There was not even a coat hook. I had nowhere to hang my shirts. There was also no bedside lamp and no lightswitch within reach of the bed. The shower had no bracket so was not self supporting. When I complained about this they did relocate me to Room 2 which had a functioning shower and did have a hanging rail. In both rooms, the amount of noise from the plumbing was very intrusive. I was woken at 4am by the very loud sounds of...
