"Good location and breakfast was decent. The staff are very kind but…the hotel itself is not one you would want to spend a lot of time in. I don’t know what it is like normally but, there is a ton of construction going on at what seemed like the original front entrance to the hotel so there is no outside area to speak of to even sit and have a cup of coffee before you head out for your day. I do realize it is a city hotel so expectations are different from other reuse but, it would’ve been nice...

"I stayed at the Stamford Bridge hotel last summer and was very impressed with the quality and atmosphere of the hotel. As a Chelsea fan myself, I was also very happy staying there too.
This summer as I wanted to stay there again, but following my recent visit, I was so disappointed that I will not go back.
No body advised me of the refurbishment that was underway. The staff didn’t seem to be able to answer my questions on several aspects of my stay and so many amenities were not...

"We stayed here for one night for my daughter's birthday. The location is brilliant for various sightseeing activities and we got a cab to the West End for a show. The hotel was really lovely and the staff very helpful. They had accidentally left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for someone else and when I called them about it they said I was very welcome to keep it, which was a nice touch.
We paid for a room with a nice view (London Eye, Big Ben etc), which was definitely worth it....
