Loved the surrounding area, a lot more quiet than the rest of Tokyo. There are 24 beds in the room, but you rarely bump into other people unless you actively hang out in the shared spaces.
They don’t change to new bed sheets when guests check out, they just clean out the dust with rolling sticky sticks, and reuse the sheets, it’s ridiculous. They purposely use brown color bedding sheets with satin fabric to hide dirtiness and wrinkles, it’s a trick.
Also, the place is dirty. There’s no staff, the owner assigned a Japanese young guy to clean up the place in exchange for a bed, there’s hair everywhere, the bathrooms and showers are dirty, they never wipe off anything, gross.
Also, they put 21beds in the tiny room, people snore, smells like feet, and there’s no separating walls between the kitchen and the room, when people talk, you can hear every single word and you can’t really sleep.
They shouldn’t charge that much either, it’s not even cheap, it’s a rip off.
