"Lovely stay and the hotel was amazing. Although the lifts were slightly confusing, no one came to change towels, top up loo rolls so had to take them from the pool bathroom and the toiletries were empty in the bathroom on arrival."

"Great central location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The only thing I’d mention is that the shower floor is quite slippery. I actually fell while showering. Thankfully, it wasn’t a serious fall. Other than that, the hotel is fabulous and we had a great stay."

"The internal design is special. The staff was always helpful. There is no tv, microwave, coffee machine, or.mini fridge inside the room; there are some for community use. The shuttle to the airport is very expensive, you can use Uber or bolt instead. The location was also nice, we mostly used bolt since we are a family of four. There is a great gelato place and Copenhagen Coffee Lab within walking distance."

"It was very well located in the Baixia neighborhood! The staff was excellent! We had a minor issue at the beginning and the staff responded immediately. We had little treats every single day we were there. They also let us in the room earlier than the appointed time. The bar was great and the bartender was exceptional at the drink mixing. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone I know going to Lisbon!"
