"My family of four had a great time at this resort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the “garden view” penthouse also overlooks the ocean. The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. "Make sure you confirm reservation with hotel before you get there, we booked with Expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation and we had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and we got a room but it wasn’t the one we reserved. "

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for...
