"Updates need to be done. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart, electrical outlets missing cover plates, light fixtures broken, floor under toilet sloped to side so much that seat would slide off the side of the bowl. This dump needs to be gutted and rebuilt."

"To be fair, this hotel is going through renovation. My rating is to inform people that construction is ongoing while the hotel is open. Once it is completed my rating should improve. The free breakfast was sufficient with eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as pastry items and self serve waffles. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the staff is very good. "Really like the location that's inside the airport which makes it very convenient after a long flight to catch up much needed rest. We took a flight to Vicotria the next day that was super convenient because we did not need to go outside the airport terminal to catch our flight. Hotel and flight are all in one terminal, could not ask for anything more convenient than that!"

"This hotel was a dream! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned and well maintained. The soaking tub was great along with the provided bath soak. It is in walking distance to great local restaurants and Costco. It defininitely sets a high standard for hotels that are still in the reasonable price range."

"This is a fairly new and large hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room suite was a good size with a separate Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Room was not cleaned the first night we stayed, even though no sign was left on the door to indicate cleaning was not required. Given the nightly room rate, this was totally unacceptable.
