"Clean, spacious room, warm welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast"

"The location is fantastic, this is a very cute motel but the management needs to do some repairs. Mold in the bathroom, bed & pillows are extremely old and worn out. My low review is because I got bed bug bites all over my arms, legs and back & chest. This is not a surprise because of the condition of the mattress as mentioned above. It could be a lovely place, management was so nice and accommodating. Please invest in your property, new beds and clean up the mold in the washrooms and your motel...

"Convenient for eating in Richmond. The showers are not very safe for elderly parents. It's a bit slippery with not a lot of ways to stabilize in shower. The free coffee machine was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was a bit outdated. Some switches and lights were old and didn't work."

"Helpful staff, rooms in good condition. I didn’t use rest of the amenities so can’t speak about it. Outside view wasn’t bad but the nearby area could have been better. It was surrounded by car shops, dealers etc. Nothing unpleasant but didn’t match my expectations of Vancouver’s natural beauty. Other than that proximity to the airport helps and overall experience was good."

"I’m not normally a nitpicker but I had been traveling for 16 hours and I have mobility issues. When I checked in I said please don’t put me far away from the elevators because I’m exhausted and in pain from walking at the airport. He said sure no problem then put in the room at the end of the hall as far from the elevator as humanely possible. "Our bathroom was very dirty, all The corners and behind door obviously had not been wiped or cleaned in weeks/months. The cleaning staff tried to enter our room at 8in the morning waking us up after a late night and long day of travel, check out not till 11 so just because we didn’t have our privacy notice up is no reason to come in at that time, was extremely happy being woken up in that fashion.
