"Upon arriving the room smelled of sewage. The shower did not drain. I saw a couple of bugs in the kitchenette area."

"Clean rooms, outdated building, though inside the rooms it was ok and main lobby area is nice also. They should offer complementary breakfast, had to go to tim horton's to get toast and a bagel because they only offered this big "a la carte or buffet menu... " I recommend, close to the airport,close to restaurants in richmond. Room was clean and nice. Only bad comment we have is please remove carpets, it smells bad and keeps in moisture. We prefer hard surface flooring in hotel rooms."

"The facility was dirty, not well kept, and old! Staffs weren’t helpful at all! I’ve already paid everything up front and still ended up being charged extra after I had checked out of my room! Never again would I even consider staying here! When I checked out the staff up front did not even asked for my room number or even offered to print out my final check out receipt! He was too busy on his paying attention to his own business then to help the customers!"

"Proximity to the airport including a shuttle aervice. The room was next to the street. Vehicle noise was too much. Shuttle was 15 minutes late. Room was overpriced for its quality"

"We stayed at the river rock as we were in Vancouver for a concert. We utilized the complementary parking, however the Parkade was a pretty long trek to haul our luggage to and from the car. Front desk staff was not interested in supporting us with trolly, or shorter routes to and from. Our bathroom did not have a bathroom fan, wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and lighting was also awful in the unit. Over all the hotel was ok, but not even close to what we were expecting and the staff were...

Our room was cleaned the first couple of days and then a miscommunication resulted in no cleaning for our last couple of days.
