"I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. "The facility was dirty, not well kept, and old! Staffs weren’t helpful at all! I’ve already paid everything up front and still ended up being charged extra after I had checked out of my room! Never again would I even consider staying here! When I checked out the staff up front did not even asked for my room number or even offered to print out my final check out receipt! He was too busy on his paying attention to his own business then to help the customers!"

"The room in this hotel is spacious and super clean. Bed is very comfy.. The staff are all kind , friendly and helpful. There is. an extra large tub, as well as a shower in the room. ,, I had been traveling a lot and that tub was just what I needed to relax and get a super good sleep. Also the pricing was reasonable .(which is helpful these days ! ) ,"

"Great value for airport hotel! Bed & bathroom were clean. AC/heater was an old school one that most value hotels have. Staff was super kind and helpful when I had a horrible flight and did a late night check in. Breakfast was meh, coffee downstairs was good (I refuse to use room coffee makers, personally) Fridge was huge! Again, really great value!"

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."
