"We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport! The hotel was clean, modern, and located in a quiet area. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. One feature we absolutely loved was the small convenience store on the main floor. "The facility was dirty, not well kept, and old! Staffs weren’t helpful at all! I’ve already paid everything up front and still ended up being charged extra after I had checked out of my room! Never again would I even consider staying here! When I checked out the staff up front did not even asked for my room number or even offered to print out my final check out receipt! He was too busy on his paying attention to his own business then to help the customers!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The gym was small, but had well-maintained Precor equipment (one elliptical, one treadmill, one bicycle). There was a small swimming pool. Breakfast had many options, including meatballs and eggs."

"Clean room and conveniently located close to the airport. However, the shower tub was not draining properly and we called the hotel reception and they were not very responsive."

"A bare bones place, very dark and dated but pretty clean and well located for flights out of YVR. Don't stay if you like firm beds and expect a place to hang your clothes - there are no closets. Shower was good. Don't stay if you have mobility issues as you have to navigate stairs with your suitcases when coming from the parking lot. The restaurant was good, though under-staffed."

"The place was clean and basic. Pickup from Airport took over 45 minutes which was over double the time of the other airport hotel operating shuttles. Very noisy fridge and air con. Lots of little lights on appliances etc. Couldn't black out light through curtains. Very comfy bed."

"Staff were friendly however we chose this hotel as it was a Ramada and we trusted the name. The sheets on the bed where actually dirty( hopefully a stain that would not come out however it would not surprise me if they had not been changed.) we had booked two nights and considered sleeping in the van. There were three large rats in the parking lot when we arrived and garbage around the grounds. I am pretty low maintenance and do not need fancy but this hotel was really bad."
