"The Radisson Vancouver Airport Hotel is a prime location in Richmond, walking distance to many stores/restaurants and very close to the train station to access other areas including downtown. Very convenient. A very clean hell, staff were fabulous. My only complaint is the lack of parking. Parking is $26 per day and there is some parking in the front of the of the hotel if you’re not fortunate enough to get a spot there, you then have the option to park in the Parkade nearby not ideal....

"This place is a dump. Crappy bed, bullet holes in the window, tiny and pillows that made my neck cramp up the next day like it never has before. It’s my bad, but when I booked with Expedia it did not say that this room was non-refundable and I wanted to change it prior to my trip but realized that there was a no refund policy. Rather than wasting the $300 we stayed the night…but next time I’ll read the policy better and make sure. For an extra $100 you are way way better off stating at the...

The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept. "The property and the views are extremely beautiful. Access to the food court is through the casino which was not ideal, however, the food was good. The pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance for the duration of half of our stay. This was already an inconvenience, but when we had pool access on our final evening, the pool the ice cold and the hot tub was scalding hot. "
