"Clean, spacious room, warm welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast"

"The location is fantastic, this is a very cute motel but the management needs to do some repairs. Mold in the bathroom, bed & pillows are extremely old and worn out. My low review is because I got bed bug bites all over my arms, legs and back & chest. This is not a surprise because of the condition of the mattress as mentioned above. It could be a lovely place, management was so nice and accommodating. Please invest in your property, new beds and clean up the mold in the washrooms and your motel...

"Staff was so accommodating, we arrived earlier than the checked in time, and accommodated our request for early check in. Location is very accessible, Costco, restaurants and 7 eleven and other establishments nearby. The downside was sheets were unclean and seems like was never changed. Tub was old, stained and dirty. "This hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are professional and responsive. The main issue with the hotel is that it is dated. It feels old. Even the bedding is old and frayed. The furniture has seen better days. The hallways are dark and look like they were decorated 15 years ago. Windows lack soundproofing so you hear plans flying overhead. With a bit of a facelift this would easily be a 4 star property."

"We had a great stay here for two nights before an Alaskan cruise. The person at the front desk saw that we had two teenagers with us and offered us a free upgrade to a larger room with a sofa bed to accommodate them. This was above and beyond anything we expected and we were incredibly grateful. The room was very nice, the hotel clean and well maintained.
