I will be back! Onsite spa & gym top quality, resort is 5 star cleanliness. Everything needed walking distance. Recommend small rental car for full experience in Tulum, most attractions within 15 minute drive. Mopeds and bicycles only for the very brave. Park the car & take the $10 taxi home if you want some drinks (:

The Penthouse does NOT disappoint! The entire space was beautiful, 3 story gym, Thai restaurant and ambiance was great, the grounds were well kept. There is no elevator, so pack light. The roads in the area are not paved, without street lights, don’t recommend being off grounds after dark. Need a cab to get to the beach, about 15 minute ride $24 dollars each way. About 1.5hrs from the airport.

This Resort was amazing! Definitely will go back and stay at this place again. Close to the Tulum ruins and local markets, restaurants and bike rentals. Only thing is rent a car or get on a colectivo because taxis are way over priced even with the front desk trying to help you out for service.

Overall, this was a decent hotel. The gym is probably the main draw as it is pretty impressive. However, even with very few guests there, because they only have 2 treadmills, it wasn't easy to get to use it. The pool is mainly decorative, and basically nobody uses it as it's very shallow and narrow. So if you like hanging out by the pool this is not the place for you. The main problem I had with my stay was that I accidentally booked the wrong date on the hotel (I had a overnight flight so that threw me off). I booked 2 weeks ahead of time and contacted both the hotel and Expedia the very next day. I had also booked the penthouse suite. If I had accidentally booked a studio, I might not have cared that much. After hours of talking to Expedia and the hotel, they basically both told me they were not going to do anything for me and it was my mistake and I'd have to eat the cost. I told them I was willing to change dates, get credit. Anything so I didn't lose the 280 dollars I spent for a penthouse suite I wasn't going to be there to use. In conclusion, this is a small brand hotel that doesn't really care about customer service and if they won't do anything about my mistaken booking, I don't feel they would be very accommodating about anything else. In general, I'd avoid this place and also avoid booking anything with expedia as their customer support after you make a booking is basically non-existent.

The property looked nice and seemed to have a nice pool, which we didn't use. However, it was an open pool area with no shade at all. The room was relatively clean, but had deep black scratches all over the white nightstands. In addition, the garbage in the kitchen was left completely full when we checked in. The worst part about the room was the shower. It had very low pressure and it would take a very long time to get it to hot. The water was also very difficult to adjust and we had to keep playing with the temperature as it just kept going from cold to very hot - it was challenging to find the middle point. On the 2nd day of our trip, the electricity completely went out and we had no air conditioner on a very hot and humid day. Additionally, the water pressure was non-existent, the water was barely trickling and in the middle of my shower, the water completely stopped and I couldn't even finish the shower. The management told us it would take 30 min to restore electricity, but it actually took about 5 hours. Finally, the only restaurant and bar they had in the hotel, wouldn't open until 3 pm, which was very inconvenient. Very disappointed with this hotel, as well as the experience.

I loved this resort !! The staff was so kind and friendly, and the cleanliness of the resort was awesome. The only thing that was not so great was the pressure of the water from the shower and how the temperature of the shower would go from really hot to cold. The gym was phenomenal and so is the juice bar. The restaurant on site is so delicious (Thai food) I couldn’t get enough of it. They clean the pool and resort daily so swimming in the pool was enjoyable. I will definitely book here again in the future.

This property is just so beautiful. It’s trees all over and the layout with the pools and fountain just makes it such a zen environment. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet, and relaxing stay in Tulum, this is your place. Only thing my sister and I didn’t like was the lack of hot water from the shower. I guess because the weather is hot, they figured hot water wasn’t needed but we would have liked the option. Other than that, everything was great. There’s always a concierge at the front to answer any questions and our room was cleaned every day. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Of course I can’t forget my absolute favorite part of this stay: the spa! It has a hot tub, sauna, steam room, bucket showers and so much more. Always much needed after a day of exploring Tulum and doing fun activities.

A pesar de estar limpio el cuarto encontramos tres cucarachas en un lapso de 12 horas. Fue muy incómodo dormir sabiendo que estábamos compartiendo la habitación con ese tipo de insectos. Me parece es más un tema de fumigación que de limpieza.

Avoid going to this property! I gave my ID for incidental charges, and they lost it. I was forced to travel back to the US with not ID. There is no front desk that can help when you need it, there is a “concierge” person who is not on site 24/7. I would recommend staying at a more traditional style hotel. There is only one restaurant on the property that only offers lunch and dinner, so breakfast options become a commute to another restaurant. Most excursion shuttles will also not meet you at this hotel and you have to travel to the Super Aki supermarket which is 1.5m away. The water smells bad here and the shower pressure is almost a light drip. Really avoid going here.

We went in May 2021 and it was calm. Not too many other people staying there it seemed. So, there was a lot of privacy. The spa is phenomenal and the restaurant has good Thai food. Breakfast is not included. Bring plenty of cash because taxi is the only way to get around unless you rent your own vehicle, bike, moped.

Big and spacious rooms in great condition. The location of this property is under development. Expect non-paved roads, dust, industrial trash in surrounding areas, and overpriced Thai restaurant on site.
