I would not recommend planning the ride from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We did so and were told it was 100USD which we agreed to. I understand the hotel hires a driver from another company, so how bad it went is probably not entirely their fault but it went terrible (the driver started texting and calling me an hour before the plane landed - yes we were in the plane - then left when we were not out 10 minutes after landing. We had to wait 40 minutes for him to drive back. Everything was through Whatsapp so there was no way I could receive anything before connecting to wifi). There was little to no apologies from the driver or the hotel staff. When asked to pay at the front desk, the staff told us it was 2000 pesos or 100USD for the ride. We are Canadian and so do not carry USD and wanted to pay in pesos but the conversion at the time of our visit should have been about 1700 pesos instead of 2000 pesos. We were upset that they tried to have us pay more than agreed upon.
We also rented the bikes for a day. We left the hotel and realized one of the bike had the handles loose. We went back and they gave us another one. Unfortunately, that bike that they replaced got a flat. With great difficulty, we found someone on the side of the road to repair it as we were too far from the hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and brushed it off and didn’t offer to reimburse the fee we had to pay to fix the tire.
