"This hotel was soooo breathtaking. The corner room with a balcony looking over the mountains and Colorado Springs was magical. Everything was so clean. The Starbucks staff in the hotel gave special attention to my husband for his birthday. The only thing that was confusing was parking but we chose not to do valet parking. Make sure you remember what floor to get off at your parking. The beds allowed us to have a nice nights sleep after enjoying the Melting Pot just a short walk away. Amazing...

"I would suggest steering well clear of this property. The actual property is in a good location and is a nice little place to stay with a couple of bedrooms, a common lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. However, the check-in process was beyond diabolic. After I had booked, I was subsequently asked to pay an additional security deposit, and then asked to pay an additional amount of funds because they said they didn't have my reservation. They did finally give me access to the property but gave me the...
