The shower drain was clogged, the shower head fixture was broken and only sprayed water at the wall, the phone was disconnected so you could not contact the front desk for help, the air conditioning unit was either leaking water all over the bed or making horrible clanking sounds when powered...

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "

"Was fine! “The signature” room that I got still felt very small. Generally quite a small hotel- everything felt a little cramped, but charming enough! "

"The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and cozy. It has no AC, but the staff provided a fan and the temperature outside was cold so just opening the window was enough. The hotel is also very close to Paddington Station so there are no issues with moving around. If I were to visit London again, I would more than likely choose this place again."
