"The suite was spacious and overlooked the piazza. The room in beautiful. However, unfortunately the first night the downstairs restaurant music and crowd was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep. "The hotel is in a convenient location, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean and lacked basic facilities that you would expect at this price point. There were also plumbing issues in the room that remained unresolved throughout the stay. When these issues were brought to management’s attention, the response was not helpful and the problems were not properly addressed. Both the hotel and Expedia eventually offered a $100 refund, but this does not come close to compensating for the experience. At nearly $300 per night, the value is simply not there. Given the condition of the rooms and the lack of adequate management response, I would not recommend staying at this property."
