"Nice hotel"

"Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Very small room - just big enough for one person traveling solo. The public bath on the top floor is a big plus. I have stayed there several times now in the past 2 years."

"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people. "The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and gave me a stiff neck. Even though it was a busy area the rooms were nice and quiet."

"Our stay was great! The room was small but we knew that and made best of it. The staff was super friendly and English was great. After our check out time the hotel was at 10am and our flight at 9pm and the hotel allows you to keep your bags at the hotel after checkout so we could do a bit more exploring without having to go to the airport super early. We picked up our bags around 5pm and went off to the hotel! The hotel was in a great spot and very convenient for travel."
