"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"La camera non era particolarmente pulita, con macchie visibili in diversi punti (in bagno soprattutto). Inoltre, la doccia era danneggiata e il comodino rotto. "Did not like the small size of room even though I booked a double bed. Absolutely no room either side of the bed when really room is just big enough for a single bed. Having a double bed means of course that hotels can charge more! On top of that bed springs dug into me all night so a very unpleasant sleep. No excuse not to not replace the mattresses and suggests penny pinching and trying to save money. Won’t stay again for reasons mentioned above."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room had a strong gutter smell throughout our stay. The shower temperature control was faulty and kept getting stuck meaning we either had boiling hot water or freezing cold water. When we asked for help staff told us to use a towel to turn the knob but it was extremely difficult and we ended up having cold showers. The room itself was very small and the TV didn’t work either — despite reporting it,...

"Small,stuffy rooms. Toilet and shower in hallway. Shared with an assortment of residents. Some even doing their dishes in the shower. We didn't even stay one night. Avoid."
