Excellent Folk Festival with lots of singing, concerts and colourful Morris dancing around the town over the Festival weekend. Historic castle and grounds and many beautiful old buildings to admire. Plenty of shops and eating places.

Excellent! Lots of choice for dining and a great location for the day with parks, Hatton Locks and the castle. Well worth a steep climb up the church tower too!

Only a short stay, primarily to attend a wedding, but would consider returning to explore more. Enjoyed lovely festive lighting around the town and appreciated it's medieval architecture. We were amused by the quaintness of the names on the buildings

Difficult to find good dining-out options - but we are used to London so are a bit spoilt in that regard. Warwick castle is great for kids! (Worth the money if u go see all the shows)

Beautiful county with loads to see and superb villages to explore. I tried to hike from hotel to Spring Lane and, maps showed a footpath but there seemed to be "private land" signs. Would be useful if reception staff knew of local paths.
"Located about 20 minutes walk from the event I was attending at The Flapper pub. Also, only 20 minutes walk from New Street station coupled with the cost made this an ideal place to stay. If you are attending the O2 Academy then this would be a fantastic location."
