"I ordered 2 smoke free rooms, they both smelled like smoke. The pool is only open on certain days which sucks! Hotel staff is very friendly and professional and so are the the restaurant staff! All over great stay and will be staying there again."

"Hello, I’m writing to formally complain about my recent stay. The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When I first checked in, there were visible blood stains on the bed, which is a serious hygiene issue. I had to change rooms multiple times (three room changes) because of various problems. In addition, the elevators were not working during my stay, which made access to rooms very difficult. There was also constant noise from neighboring guests, including loud dogs and people being extremely loud late at night, making it impossible to rest. The overall environment felt poorly managed, and the behavior of some guests and staff was rude and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the room, the lack of working elevators, repeated room changes, and the disruptive environment, I do not feel the price charged was justified. I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for this stay. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter. Thank you."

"The walls are very thin, I booked an ocean view but didn’t get it, and the staff are kind of short with you."

"The room wasn’t that clean, the lady that checked me in was rude. The wi-Fi keep messing up. The tv was messed up, it had lines in the tv. The laundry was fine. The bed was very uncomfortable, made our back hurt. We couldn’t get sleep, so much noise, the people over top of us and the side. And the air/heat system keep making noise. I’m not coming back to Bally’s. They need to upgrade and care about their customers a little more."

"I really liked the sea view the room was very clean and cozy the only thing I didn't like about that was that we had a couple next to our room that we could hear everything they said and everything they did including when they had intimate relationships that was very uncomfortable, also, the word is no water in the refrigerator. And I believe they need to have more amenities, including a pool. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and professional. And something I loved about the Hotel is the pleasant smell that there is when you enter the reception area."
