Hotel murah di Wilmington

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The hotel was okay. Shower door won't close all the way, shower drain clog resulting in backup an water all over the floor to the carpet. No maintenance person is on duty at night so we are dealing with wet carpet floors. The next day, they did fix the drain but not the shower door. The carpet was left air dry and the whole room stinks all night. It wasn't a pleasant experience just a poor customer service. Other than that the hotel is okay."

They held our luggage before check in and after we checked out from the hotel so that we could enjoy going to some museums without having to drag our luggage around. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the underground tube. Great location! Air Conditioning was wonderful."
