Royal Garden Hotel
Great hotel, great staff, great location. Travelled with a toddler and the hotel was perfect. When we come back to London, this will be the place we stay.

Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington
The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). Sofitel London Heathrow
Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room.
