"We just wrapped up a one-week stay. While we enjoyed our time overall, we won’t be returning to this property. The Pros: Accommodations & Service: The swim-up room was fantastic, and the entire resort is kept very clean. Upgrading to Family Selection was worth it for the butler service alone—they were incredible and extremely helpful throughout our trip. Pools: The pool areas are solid. A fun surprise was the pizza station by the pool, which served surprisingly great pizza! The Cons & Things to Know: Layout & Size: The resort is far too spread out. You will spend a massive portion of your trip waiting for and riding in golf carts just to get around the vast property. Food & Coffee: The food overall was mediocre at best, and we were disappointed by the lack of authentic tacos and dedicated coffee shops. Pool & Beach: The main pool is unnecessarily deep. The beach was completely inaccessible due to heavy sargassum weed—not the resort's fault, but definitely impacted the beach experience. Family Selection Age Target: Family Selection is heavily geared toward younger children rather than pre-teens or teens. Annoyances: Be prepared for pushy, aggressive sales pitches for their overpriced vacation club. Also, pack heavy-duty bug spray—there is a lot of local wildlife, but the mosquitoes are relentless and we got eaten alive."

"Incredibly beautiful resort. I highly recommend the preferred club as it escalates the service to another level. The swim out pool was a nice private touch to get away from the crowd (which wasn’t a lot of people). The staff is unbelievable charming. Alejandra was our favorite, you will see her amongst a lot of the activities that I recommend you try. The food was unbelievable with no complaints from any restaurant. The spa was very relaxing, calm, and therapeutic. Finally the beach was beautiful, although there was seaweed when we went it is far greater than any other place along Cancun and playa del carmen. They try to tend to it as much as possible and you can definitely tell a difference when you leave the resort but, the sand is the softest, whitest sand i’ve seen in a long time so that makes up for it! Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely return!"

"Friendly staff, clean room, and great entertainment every night. We visited July with our family (2 adults, 2 small children) and we had a great time. Huge property, plenty of things to do. Food was decent, photographers were great, and hotel is clean. Overall, property was well maintained. Our room did have mosquitoes in it but luckily we brought bug spray so wasn’t an issue. I would recommend making reservations for the restaurants as soon as possible, they booked up pretty fast. The kids club was disappointing, it wa don’t outdoors so my kids didn’t want to go because it was too hot, would have loved if they had an indoor kids club. Kids water park was perfect size and they had fun. At the Sports Bar we would have preferred the arcade to be included in the all inclusive, instead of having to pay for a game card. Loved the Aladdin play they did, very entertaining. Also it was a quick drive to 5th Ave, so was easy to shop. Beach was disappointing because of the Sargassum, but was expected because we went mid July. We ended up going to the membership presentation, it was fine, but the “Free Cenote” incentive was not good, took us to their jewelry store, their tequila store, and then only got to go to 1 outdoor Cenote, not even in a cave! Everything else was an extra cost so really did not receive much for the 90min presentation. But overall, I would recommend this hotel for a family trip, we enjoyed our time. Also their are super cute animals out and about on the property."
