"my husband and myself stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. All the staff are wonderful. We did not encounter one person that was not kind or willing to help when needed. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. Our butler Leidy was amazing and every request was met with no problem, even on her day off. "

"Amazing resort for our family vacation (2 adults, 2 children aged 4 and 11). Beautiful property with lots of wildlife; every square inch of it boasted life and amenities. Massive resort but continuous shuttle service made navigation easy. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"This resort was great! At check in, the front desk lady offered my sister and I a free swim up pool upgraded room. The staff were so so friendly, the food was great, and we had a blast!!"

"The FC junior swim up suite was nice, our concierge Tiara provided lots of nice little surprises for the kids and was great helping us with dinner, spa, and cenote reservations. The kids club was also great and had lots of activities throughout the day. The food was ok and the drinks were also just ok, mostly sugary mixer. Staff were friendly but it was very crowded so sometimes it felt like there werent enough staff to guests during meal times. Our room was very clean and the turn down service was great. The ac leaked on the floor the first night we got there. Maintenance came almost immediately after we notified them and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience and the kids had a blast. Very family friendly."

"The structure was nice. The staff was nice. Check-in was good. Our 1st room was not ocean view (we paid for) our 2nd was good but we had to pay more. You can hear everything in the hallway when you’re in your room. Beach is approx 500 ft total. But you can’t go in the ocean as it’s mostly rocks. Nice bar and bathroom there. Entertainment is ok during the day. Cabanas are right upfront, and the chairs are behind the cabanas at the pool. Chairs are gone by 7am. Bar opens at 11am. No mimosas at breakfast. Food was ok. Restaurant was ok. Bring your own cup!! Resort was close to town. Safe to walk around. Coffee bar was great, 24 hr snack bar was good (but smells when you walk in). Pizza stand was good. Swim up bar is on third floor with 5 seats in a 30x50 pool. Cool view up there. I feel pictures of the resort on line are miss leading. We would not stay here again."
