"I was not informed that they had a curfew and that the entrance gate would lock at a certain time. This was very scary for me as I arrived from a night out to find the gate had a lock and chain on it. This was shortly after midnight. I was not able to enter, I called management on what’s app. Eventually someone opened the gate at 6am. I had a penthouse suite and I asked them to reimburse for the night I spent outside. Management did not respond. Be aware"

"The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. From the over priced food to lack of communication. To having my room flooded simply because the drainage system wasn’t up to date. I then tried to call the front desk but there is no one to help you once it hits 10 pm. They add gratuity to every meal without your consent. Refused to move me rooms and refused to accommodate me while my room was litteraly flooded with water. The single worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and I will never...
