"I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown."

"My room was very clean and I liked that. Bed was comfortable and decor was nice. Room was pleasant. I would have wanted to open the windows but because of the neighborhood was a little afraid to do that so screens to keep out bugs and a secure way to crack open the windows would be a good idea.
