All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. "AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet. "The room is just way too small for 2 people. Bathrooms gets mouldy easily and tend to flood. The room is also quite dirty. Quite disappointing considering for the same amount of price, you could get a lot better somewhere else."
