"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"I love the fact that booking and checking in is always so quick and easy. No fuss. The room is always spotless - looks as if it has never been used! And so quiet. Wonderful. Staff on reception always very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is fabulous. Only complaint is regarding the supper dining area. "I have used this hotels several times before. I like the fact that it is in Terminal 3 and is conveniently located just as you exit Arrivals. It’s useful for me to spend the night there after a long flight before I continue my journey to South Wales the next morning. "

"Almost walking distance from T3. But the bus stop is in front of hotel and just 6min to and from T3 for just under $2 The best breakfast in town; top quality and very complete. The rooms are super quiet, clean and the TV programming is excellent. Everything time I have a long layover in London Heathrow I stay in this nice hotel. "

The skylight room isn’t huge but it’s perfect for a solo traveler / couple. "Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."
