"We really loved this property. It had mixed reviews but the location is near the tube and eating and price was very reasonable. Our room had AC, window and a shower. Staff was very nice, properly was clean and in a safe area."

"The accomodation was booked for a family of 2 adults and one 4year old and it was sufficient for us for 6-7days stay. The property has lift so it was easy to stay on higher floors with stroller. The underground station is 10min walk and bus stops are 3min walk away. The reception is available 24*7. Basic toiletries were provided like shampoo, towels.... Cleaning of the room is not provided unless explicitly asked for. Laundry room is available however you need to get your own detergent which is...

"Zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Alles prima, vom Ausblick bis zum Frühstück. Finde es ziemlich befremdlich wenn es ständig über Zimmergrösse gejammert wird. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber man kennt es vorher und man wählt trotzdem das Hotel aus. Warum also dann meckern? Die Lage ist Top, Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend. Und man reist ja nach London nicht um im Zimmer rumzuhängen und anschließend dessen Größe zu bemängeln...Ich komme sicher wieder."

"Was a little apprehensive to book this “concept” hotel but need not have worried. Entry by access code, room entry by Bluetooth on phone, etc., was not even sure if there would be a human present. Room was small but perfectly formed, breakfast was self service. All of which presumably helps keeps the price down. Rooms not cleaned, nor towels refreshed, on a daily basis but nor would they be at home!! Lobby is actually manned 24 hours. In short, we were delighted with this lower priced option...

"Basement Breakfast 7/10: Needs improvement in the kitchen; hard boiled eggs were raw, hash browns all stuck together, mystery sausage was horrible. Great pastry & fruit selections. Rooms were clean, modern & comfortable with great AC! Loved placing our luggage there for 4+ hrs while we walked to Kensington Palace for Afternoon Tea @ the Orangery! Pinkies Up! :)"
