"The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. "

"Wonderful stay, the staff were very attentive and the onsen beautiful and very well kept and relaxing. The town is worth visiting. Definitely a highlight in our trip. "

"The property is beautiful, private balcony with private onsen were AMAZING! Room was comfortable and well laid out. That part is definitely a 5*.
The staff were friendly, mostly helpful, but not so much if you got there early. They did take your stuff, but didn't help with directions on how to catch the bus or where to walk.
The food is where this property lost a star (I'd give it a 3, maybe upper 2). The dining area is beautiful and peaceful. The actual food needs some work. The first...

"La chambre avec bain privé est très belle, le bain public qui propose de l’eau volcanique est propre et joli également
Pour les repas : ils sont excellent, attention très copieux si vous avez la demi pension plusieurs jours de suite, nous vous conseillons une portion pour deux car au bout déjà du deuxième soir c’est très riche !
Les boissons sont à volonté dont l’alcool à l’accueil
Si vous avez une voiture c’est un excellent endroit pour aller visiter autour nous avons passé un superbe séjour "
