We were too tired to say anything so just dealt with it. Walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbor brushing their teeth. Also, around 8am, room service knocked on our neighbors door for 5 minutes straight. Super aggravating and impossible to sleep through. The showers may be one of the worst designs I’ve ever seen....

"Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch."
