"Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."

"One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds. "We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again. Our thanks to your entire staff for a lovely vacation!"

"It is in a quiet-er area of Sanur on a street filled with shopping, massage and dining options. Staff was very nice. Hint: for transportation, instead of using hotel-arranged expensive option, use Grab an Uber-like app used in Indonesia as well as Singapore"
