"Absolutely loved my stay. I was there for a conference at the convention center and it was a very quick walk across the street. I fell and unfortunately broke my arm on day one, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, just my clumsiness. Amazing (and inexpensive by US standards) medical care was just a few blocks away, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store. The room was more than I hoped for. "NEEDS Improvements: We booked the apartment because it featured a washer AND dryer. The dryer did not work, and clothes still very damp. We put the dry on for an additional hour, for the clothes to still be a little damp. The host forgot to explain to us about how to turn on the hot water. We did not have hot water for the shower, (which is upstairs), but the switch to turn it on is downstairs in the kitchen on a wall by the stove. How were we supposed to guess this? Our host did a good job...
