It is a beautiful building, immaculately maintained, thoroughly modern, yet with the feel of a world-class, historic hotel. The Thai Chi restaurant is exceptional for the quality of the food and the ambience, and the breakfast buffet, especially featuring local dishes on Friday mornings, is wonderful. The best part though is the hotel staff: warm and welcoming Hospitality Professionals, knowledgeable about their mission, proud of what they do, and determined to provide an excellent level of customer service and experience. I recommend this special place unconditionally - and plan to return!"

"From checking to check out was fantastic. Safiyaan the reception staff was very helpful and answered all our queries. He also went the all areas of median on the map and also gave the guide prices and what to lok for. The dinning roof staff were polite and served us well. The room size is good for 2 peoeple and had a hottub/jaccuzi area. Very nice to wind down. The palce is literally next to jamaa el fna .would visit this place agin.they even pavked our breakfast on our last day as we were starting early. Overall .nice place to stay with nuce staff all around."

"Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. Very comfortable room and quiet. .microwave, "
