"Had a great stay, only there for one night as needed a stopover. Property had great amenities and room was very clean, staff happy to help. Used the gym facilities, great for a short workout. "I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 4 years and had a really disappointing stay during my most recent trip. I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel. Although the rooms are still nice and the location is very convenient the experiences with staff within the hotel will probably deter me from staying here...
