Hotel dekat America Square

"Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit special. The views over the Tower of London Bridge were fabulous"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"The room is spacious and tidy but there is no USB charge plug at all in the room (room 744). I am from north America and the electric plug does not fit at all. I have inquired to the front desk and they have no knowledge . the manager need to come to my room to have a look. I think having a USB plug at the wall is a very basic thing charging cell phone using USB . "I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste. Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed. Bit of a disappointment overall."
