"This hotel is in an ideal location for Arenas and central Manchester shopping. We had a comfortable stay, bed very comfortable, we was in one of their modernised rooms which was nice, some decor in rooms is dated as we walked past, However this would really affect your stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean super clean bed linen and towels. Plenary choice for breakfast. Pleasant stay and would stay again."

"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building has been recently and interestingly renovated. Our breakfast of freshly cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon was excellent."

"It will definitely be my go to place to stay when travelling to Manchester- i feel safe in the room (it's only a small thing but it's very important to me, it has the catch to go across the door so noone could get in so makes me feel safer) great location, lovely shower and comfy bed, what more could you want."
