"The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The spa is conveniently attached to the hotel, and the massage therapist was great. I also had a facial, and it was the best I’ve had."

The room itself was really clean and housekeeping came every single day. The staff here are incredibly kind and provided us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. "Our favourite hotel in Victoria. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. We made the most of the amenities such as the soaker tub, bikes, and swimming pool. Perfect for families and we love how its only a 5 minute walk to the major attractions while being tucked away from the crowded/busy areas."
