"The room was small and very ordinary, definitely not luxury. It was a shoebox balcony, TV remote barely worked, the shower had a sewerage smell. There was a main vent that whirred all night. The bed was comfy and Breakfast was OK. Lots of choice. We have stayed here a few times and this was the worst room we have stayed in. Previously booked the deluxe king with balcony. We had booked the same room and the other room was far superior and lux."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel near the end of a perfect month in Australia. We had stayed here for several days on the front end of our trip and could not have selected a better property for our final two nights in Sydney. This stay coincided with our 52nd anniversary and was perfect in every way. The front desk staff was excellent. We also want to thank Derek for giving us a warm welcome back and going the extra mile in every interaction and a manager (originally from Scotland whose name we failed to note) for offering us a late checkout when our return flight to the US was delayed by 10 hours. This hotel is perfectly located for so many Sydney restaurants and activities. Our last night coincided with the kickoff of 2026 Vivid Sydney, and the Four Seasons is positioned in the epicenter of the action. Over our years of traveling, we've stayed at Four Seasons properties off and on. We left Sydney Four Seasons with the thought, "Why would we stay at another hotel chain in the future?" Thank you Derek and the staff for not one but two amazing stays."

"Great hotel in central Sydney CBD. Very close to Town Hall train station. Light rail right at the front door. QVB building right opposite front George St door. Easy walk to The Rocks & Circular Key. Hotel rooms were great, well appointed and quiet. Loved the internal restaurant ‘Glass’ super dining experience."

"Was good value for the Melbourne Grand Prix. Rooms were very small with 4 inside, ammenities were ok. Felt safe. Did the trick."
