"The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road."

"This property is beautiful. I paid $1500 for 4days which I find really expensive, compared to book a batches in gold Coast or NZ (However accommodation in Raro is expensive). The host was super nice especially after we found it really hard to find after a late flight in the dark. She was super accommodating and patient with us. "Excellent location’ beautiful sunsets, very clean and comfortable’ lots of things to do and made to feel very welcome thank you so much Ric . It was one of the best tropical island experiences, did not want to leave. We’re able to completely relax when we needed and have fun and enjoy the local sights and meet fabulous people!"

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "
