"Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very comfy bed, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is good. All in all a great stay. "

"The location was perfect and near two bus stops. We walked to and from the hotel each day. The staff was super curteous and helpful. We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left. The breakfest buffet was great and the returant had fun appetizers and deserts. "

"Not my first time here, but happy to return again. As ever, the staff are absolutely lovely and some of the best in the business. I was greeted by Dhavani who was kind, accommodating and went out of her way to help me with a genuine warm smile and personality. The staff all seem to be encouraged to be themselves in a positive way, so it’s never a cookie-cutter experience here. It’s part of the reason I’m alway happy to come back. "Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums.
