"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. "The location and hospitality of The Strand Palace was just wonderful! So close to covent garden and a quick walk to the national gallery and British museum! I misplaced the card with her name, but I believe it was Zahara? She was lovely and allowed me to check in a few hours early which was so much appreciated after a long flight. Mohammed was also very helpful storing and retrieving my luggage before and after my stay. Thank you for a lovely night in London!"
