Hotel murah di Basingstoke

"Hotel was clean and tidy and room was a good size , bed very comfortable had a good nights sleep . Shame there was a parking charge but that seems to be the norm where ever you go "

"Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy. "The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way. Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to. Very welcoming and up for a chat, great company when feeling lonely or just want to socialize. The bedroom felt relaxing and the curtians were great at keeping out the cold. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The place is within a walking distance from the train station about a minute at most. Food is not allowed in the bedrooms just as a heads up and...

"The furniture in the room was old fashioned and knocked around. The bed was a double and to small for two people. It was also ultra soft and rolled to the middle. Shower was good and powerfull, only had to climb over the bath. Toilet roll cheap. Ok for a cheap night with no luxuries but nothing flashy. Stayed 2 nights and both evenings had to got back to reception for the key card to be reactivated and receptionist had dissapeared. Didn't use any of the other facilities."

"I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they...

"This hotel is fine as long as you are not put on the second floor which is right above the 24 hour gym they have in the hotel. You will hear everything loud music to running machines etc, the staff seem to know it is an issue but it seems the hotel do not want to fix it. The first night I got very little sleep and they could not move on the second night I got moved to another floor and it was fine"

"Nice hotel and staff. 4 Euros per day to use gym. Should be included in hotel cost / complimentary. Perhaps separate group, however same building. Sauna, steam room, pool and shower we very nice as were the locals who I met with gym memberships."

"Hotel rooms let this holiday inn down the staff are very attentive, the room was clean, the bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows lumpy and the air con didn’t seem to be working, very disappointed as we have stayed holiday inns all over the country, this has been the worst"
