"Disappointing bathroom, mould around the bath and lots of chipped paint. They only service your room if you put a service sign on the door handle which we were unaware of and did not have the appropriate sign provided in our room. In my opinion, not up to the 5 star rating."

"A tale of two houses: we were located in the former Redcar site which was as the worst hotel in Bath and lives up to its reputation. Rebranded and called “boutique” if you are into toilets being propped up by wooden blocks, ceilings with leaks in them that cause wall to collapse, mouldy bathrooms, ..."
