"Great location and nice suite. The suite has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of room and great views to the ocean as well to the city. For the city, the boats do come very close to the swim line in Playa Norte. Some are literally on the line. The line seems to have a smaller area to swim than before. I wish they would move the line up so there’s more space for people to enjoy the water."

"The location was perfect. The beach club was great the first couple days. Then it was like they got used to us being there and stopped asking if we need anything. The rooms were very clean the private plunge pool was also very clean. Love the stay."

"Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."

"We booked the room with the private jacuzzi and It was worth the few extra dollars a night! We have stayed 4 times and each time it gets better. Except for the restaurant and bar. Not very friendly and $100 pesos for a small cup or coffee. Also they do not service the pool."
