"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

The toom had heating but it was a loud fan which was blowing air and what felt like dust circulating a closed room which only had the ventelation from windows which open to 25 degrees. Is this enough for ventilation? Having said this, its located in a safe area of west brompton being the nearest tube st. I never had any issues travelling back at 9pm - 10pm at night. "Great location. Nice high street and close to tube. Very clean hotel and rooms. Would stop again without hesitation. "

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

"It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."

"Premium priced but still so cheap they won’t clean your room. This restaurant is also way over-priced. In general it’s a curious urban dull-lit reception and bar area which will appeal to some. The surrounding area is not nice at all, don’t be misled by it being close to Notting Hill. I liked the pool although the gender neutral changing facilities is one trendy step too far for me. "

"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. "It’s the best kept secret in London. It’s better than any other 5 star hotel in London. Their service & attention to detail is incredible. I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 or 5 times now & have always had amazing service. I highly recommend it!"

"IT was really nice Stay "

"Walking distance to Paddington Station, this was reason for choosing it for quick overnight stay. The room had minimal space for storage, hanging hooks or shelves. We had rain-soaked luggage requiring unpacking all & attempting to dry out, which this room did not accommodate. Nice staff, invited us to store luggage which we didn’t need."

"The hotel was in a perfect location. Just a short walk to Leicester Square station. The hotel was clean and convenient. The check in & check out process was very quick and easy! We loved the huge tv right in front of our bed. However, the room was extremely small, barely any room to move. There was nothing separating the toilet and shower from the room expect for a glass door that barely had a privacy film. I traveled with my 14 year old son so we didn’t like lack of privacy of that area. "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"
