"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....

"Das barrierefreie Zimmer war hervorragend, blitzsauber, gute Betten , nichts zu bemängeln. Frühstücksqualität ausgezeichnet, nur die Sitzplatzzuweiserinnen haben es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen, daher Schlange und 30 min anstehen um einen Platz zu erhalten..ist mir zum ersten Mal passiert aber es gibt Schlimmeres. Top Lage zur Metro und Bussen und zum Kensington Park. Absolut empfehlenswert"
