"I stayed here with my collage aged son. Very old school British. Lobby bar was amazing for a nightcap for me and had a gym for him. Everyone here was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Location is perfect for getting to all the typical London tourists sites."

"Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, no chair, no shelves,.. nothing just two old beds, nothing else...ZERO FURNITURE to put your suitase, your book, no ensuite shower just a cheap ikea style show curtain...it is a tourist trap a...

"The room was gross and small. There was not light coming into the room. We even pay extra for a window. There was water damage the first night. Bedding was not clean Will not stay there again "

"Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys which limited the ability to function. It was always empty. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit limited but it filled its purpose. I didn't see many outside options for breakfast. The is a supermarket...

"I fell in the shower because the shower mat gave way. I am 6”3 and the shower was very narrow. The elevator stop with us in it and it indicated a fire. It eventually went to the next floor and when I went to the front desk to inform them, They didn’t have a clue something was wrong with the elevator. "
