"The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. My only criticism of our stay is you now have to pay for parking separately which always used to be included."

"Staff need training. No welcome from reception. Room needed a lot of updating. Fire alarm went off in early hours. No staff on site and no emergency contact details readily available once we had evacuated. No apology when checking out and we weren’t asked if we’d had a good stay. Excellent location."

When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great.
