"Friendly staff, clean room and great location"

"The over all property was fine, our room was not. The bathroom had no outlets that worked. The ceiling near the sinks were low and i kepts bumping my head. The mirror above the sink is so low you can't see your face. The shower enclosure is extremely small for the size of the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to set your needed items to take a shower. "We are a family of 5 and stayed in a room with 3 double beds and it was clean and comfortable. It is right beside a lounge and we could hear a bit of music but that didn’t bother us and my kids are 6, 11 and 14. By 11pm I think it would be quiet already. Would stay here again. "

"It is a older hotel but in general it was ok. It was fairly quiet but we were on the top floor at the end of hall which probably helped. The room was fairly clean. There was a small stain on our sheets and the housekeeping staff was quick at replacing the sheets. There is no a/c in the room but it was not extremely hot outside as it was April. You could only open the windows slightly for fresh air and there was a fan in the room. So we manage to keep the room at a decent temperature. I can...

"Lots of stairs. The building is ancient but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Free breakfast, free dinner. Staff is excellent. Location is excellent. Value is excellent"
